VertexFX Payment Gatewayapplication is a server side plugin offered to VertexFX Brokers to facilitate money transfer process between traders as internal transfers or external transfers between 2 different VertexFX systems. Besides, it enables traders to fund their accounts from their PayPal (Supported by Debit or Credit Card) and withdraw their money to their PayPal account as well.

Brokers who can benefit from this plugin are assumed to subscribe to this service.

VertexFX Payment Gateway Client Side

We made funds transfer easier, more secure and quicker using VertexFX Payment Gateway. It is a web based application to transfer funds from a VertexFX account to another. This can be done whether within the same VertexFX system or between two independent VertexFX systems. In addition, VertexFX Clients may withdraw/deposit money from/to their VertexFX account from/to their PayPal account with total control and easy access.

VertexFX Payment Transfer Gateway Types:

1. Internal Transfer.
2. External Transfer.
3. Deposit from your PayPal.
4. Withdrawal to your PayPal.

To perform the funds transfer, open the VertexFX Payment Gateway client link using any web browser and login using your VertexFX client credentials.

Internal Transfer

A simple way used whenever the trader wants to transfer an amount of money from his VertexFX account to another local account within the same VertexFX system.
Internal Transfer Steps:

1. Choose Internal Transfer from the Main Menu.
2. Select the account which you want to transfer money from.
3. Insert the recipient account ID.
4. Set the money amount to send.
5. Press on Send Money.

6. A confirmation message will appear after submitting the fund transfer request.

7. From the VertexFX Money Payment dashboard you can monitor the fund transfer request status. It will show as pending until the manager accepts it then status will be changed to Completed.

External Transfer

Applying few clicks allows the trader to transfer funds from your VertexFX account to another external account located in a different VertexFX system.
External Transfer Steps:

1. Choose External Transfer from the Main Menu.
2. Select your account which you want to transfer money from.
3. Select the company name which the second account belongs to.
4. In case the second company does not exist in the list, you may choose “Invite Company” to request activating VertexFX Payment Gateway.
5. Insert the recipient account ID.
6. Set the money amount to send.
7. Press on Send Money.

8. A confirmation message will appear after submitting the fund transfer request.
9. From the VertexFX Payment Gateway dashboard you can monitor the fund transfer request status. It will show as pending until the manager accepts it then status will be changed to Accepted.

Deposit from PayPal

It is an easy way to transfer money from your PayPal account to your VertexFX account. Deposit from your PayPal Steps:

1. Choose Deposit from your PayPal from the Main Menu.
2. Select your account which you want to deposit money to.
3. Set the money amount to deposit.
4. Insert your PayPal account email to deposit from.
5. Press on Deposit Money from PayPal.

6. A confirmation message will appear after submitting the fund transfer request. 
7. From the VertexFX Payment Gateway dashboard you can monitor the fund transfer request status. It will show as pending until the manager accepts it then status will be changed to Complete.

8. Then choose Complete to continue the deposit transaction and to verify it.

9. After that, click on Deposit with PayPal to continue the transaction from PayPal side. 

Withdrawal to your PayPal

You may transfer money from your VertexFX account to your PayPal account. Withdrawal to your PayPal Steps:

1. Choose Withdrawal to your PayPal from the Main Menu.
2. Select your account which you want to withdrawal money from.
3. Insert your PayPal account email to withdraw to.
4. Set the money amount for withdrawal.
5. Press on Deposit Money from PayPal

6. A confirmation message will appear after submitting the withdraw transfer request.

VertexFX Payment Gateway Manager Side

Any money transaction done from the traders’ side using the VertexFX Payment Gateway will remain pending and requires a confirmation from the VertexFX Payment Gateway Manager to be accepted and completed.

VertexFX Payment Transfer Gateway Pending Transaction Types:

1. Internal Transfer Pending.
2. Withdrawal Pending.
3. Deposit Pending.
4. PayPal Withdrawal Pending.
5. PayPal Deposit Pending.

Internal Transfer Pending

Whenever the trader requests for internal transfer using the VertexFX Payment Gateway, it will remain pending until the manager accepts this transaction from the Internal Transfer Pending area. In case the manager rejects it, the transfer will not be completed.

Withdrawal Pending

Whenever the trader requests for external transfer using the VertexFX Payment Gateway it will remain pending until his VertexFX system manager accepts this transaction from the Withdraw Pending area, and also this transaction must be accepted from the second VertexFX system manager from the Deposit Pending area to be accomplished. In case any of the two VertexFX systems managers rejects it, the transfer will not be completed.

Deposit Pending

Whenever a trader requests for external transfer and the logged in manager is from the second VertexFX system, the external transfer belongs to the trader from the first VertexFX system will remain pending until the second manager accepts this transaction from the Deposit Pending area. In case any of the two VertexFX systems managers rejects it, the transfer will not be completed.

PayPal Withdrawal Pending

Whenever a trader requests for Withdrawal to his PayPal, it will remain pending until the manager accepts this transaction from the PayPal withdraw. In case the manager rejects it, the transaction will not be completed.

For sure if the manager presses accept on the PayPal Withdraw Pending transaction, he needs to verify the transaction information and then continue the process from the PayPal side to withdraw from the manager PayPal account to the trader’s PayPal account.

PayPal Deposit Pending

Whenever a trader requests for Deposit from his PayPal, it will remain pending until the manager accepts this transaction from the PayPal Deposit Pending. In case the manager rejects it, the transaction will not be completed.

Desktop Application

Based on rising number of users and growing demand by our customers, we are glad to announce VertexFX Binary Option Plugin.

Binary option is a type of trading option based on a simple Yes/No market proposition to expect if the market will go up or down in a certain amount of time (Depending on Payout value).

If you want to use the Binary Option live, you will have to request it from your Dealing Room.

After you install the plugin, go to plugins tab in VertexFX client terminal and you will find new icon (Binary Option).

Note: To launch the plugin, your VertexFX Client Terminal must be connected.

In VertexFX Binary, the client must put his invest value, then choose payout value (Different Payout Rates) and expiration time. After position gets expired, the Binary Backoffice will calculate the profit/loss depending on Payout and Invest values.

Example:

A trader who expects that GOLD price will go above (1191.62) at 3:00 PM can make a Call option, while on the other hand, a trader who expects that the GOLD price will go below (1191.62) at 3:00 PM should make a Put.

At 2:00 PM the GOLD price is (1191.52), the trader who believes that price will increase he should place Call position for GOLD above (1191.62) at 3:00 PM with invests ($400) and Payout (180%).

The trader’s gross profit/loss in this example depends on payout value (180%). He can lose all the money he invested, which is in this example ($400), or the trader makes a gross profit (Payout (180%) * invest value (400$) = 720 $.)

If the GOLD price goes above (1191.62) at 3:00 PM, the trader's net profit will be the gross profit subtract the cost of the option: $720 – $400 = $320.

In this example, at 3:00 PM, if GOLD have closed at (1191.42), the option will be expired and client loses the cost of his Call position (400$ Invest value).

Backend Side

When the software is installed, go to plugins tab in VertexFX Backoffice and you will find a new icon (VertexFX Binary Option Backoffice). To connect the plugin you need to use a valid VertexFX dealer login credentials.

Note: This plugin is responsible for handling, monitoring orders, calculate profit /loss and perform all money transactions.

Binary Backoffice plugin can handle orders in two methods:

• Auto: By using this method, the Binary Server Plugin will accept all orders without dealing room confirmation.
• Manual (Binary Chatting Screen): By using this method, the Binary Server Plugin receives clients’ orders on dealing room chatting screen wo whether accept or reject them.

In VertexFX Binary, the client must put his invest value, then choose payout value (Different Payout Rates) and expiration time. After position gets expired, the Binary Backoffice plugin will calculate the profit/loss depending on Payout and Invest values.
